Return Policy

Returns

You may return any product within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Please note: Gleame packaging must not be opened or used to qualify for a return.

All returned products will be examined by the Gleame team to determine if they are eligible for a refund or exchange.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email our support team at support@gleamegloss.com.
Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for the return
  3. Photo evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

- We sent the wrong item or variant

- The product arrived damaged or defective

Shipping delays that occur due to customs or carriers are outside our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.

We operate globally, and in some cases, we may not be able to provide a prepaid return label. You will still receive instructions for returning the product.


Return Authorization

Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for sending your item back.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your RA number.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping. You will receive a voucher code to use during the return process.


Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or as the wrong variant, it may be returned as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. After inspection, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and securely packaged when shipped back.
Exchanges are for items of equal value. If the new item costs more, you will be responsible for the price difference and the cost of return shipping.


Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

All returns must meet the following conditions:

Unused: Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Undamaged: Items must not show signs of use, wear, or damage (unless received in that condition).

In certain cases, we may send a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. If you are not satisfied with the replacement, both the original and the replacement must be returned to receive a refund. This exception may only be used once.


Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. This fee helps cover processing, restocking, and handling costs.

Possible Waivers

The restocking fee may be waived if:

- The item arrived defective

- The incorrect item was shipped

- A replacement is not available

Requests will be reviewed individually.


Policy Changes

Gleame reserves the right to update this return policy at any time. Changes take effect once posted on our website.
